Airport Information Desk

The airport information desk is located in the international arrivals area and is open daily from 05.30 to 23.00. Courtesy telephones are situated around the terminal and satellite buildings, which have a direct link to the information desk (these are in operation 24 hours a day). Left Baggage Facility

A left baggage facility is located next to the cash dispensers in the terminal.

0 - 6 hours Ł3.50 per item

6 - 24 hours Ł4.00 per item

Over 24 hours Ł4.00 per item per 24 hours or part thereof.

Lost Property

Stansted Airport has its own dedicated lost property service which is handled by AAS Ltd. For property lost or found at the airport only (for all property lost or found on board an aircraft, please contact the relevant airline direct). Lost property will be held for a period of three months, for which the following charges will be made: Reclaimed within 24 hours - free of charge.

Reclaimed within 1 month - Ł5.00 per item.

Reclaimed within 2 months - Ł10.00 per item.

Reclaimed within 3 months - Ł15.00 per item.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque only.

If property is collected on the day it was lost no charge will be made. Same day collections can be made at the AAS desk at Zone A - next to the cash point machines. For collections after this, please contact the lost property office, zone F, short stay car park - adjacent to the terminal building.

Note: Items not collected after three months will be disposed of or sold at auction for charity.

Bureaux de Change

Stansted's Bureaux de Change is located conveniently for the departures and international arrivals concourses and in the common departure lounge and the international baggage reclaim hall, the bureaux de change can offer a wide range of financial services, including travel insurance. In addition to providing currency exchange, the bureaux also cash sterling cheques, free of charge, accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
